Camosun ID Cards

The student ID is your official Camosun ID card. You need this card to borrow books, access facilities, get discounts, and more. Camosun employees needing an ID card may .

New students: Get your student ID card

  • to request your new student ID.
  • Pick-up your ID the next day during opening hours at the library you selected on the form. Please bring with you one piece of government-issued ID.
  • You can request your student ID 10 days before the first day of class.
  • You must be registered (not waitlisted) in at least 1 credit course
  • The digital photo you submit must meet the requirements listed on the form.

91AV your identification card

Your Camosun ID card is your college ID, library card, and gives you access to facilities and student discounts.

This card remains the property of 91AV. The card is non-transferable and can only be used by the person named and pictured on the card.

Students must be registered, not waitlisted, in 1 academic course which includes upgrading courses to be eligible for the student ID. Students can start requesting ID cards 10 days before their first day of class.

Replacement cards

You must keep your card for the duration of your studies. Report lost or stolen cards. If you no longer have your current student ID card and need a replacement, .

Looking for your U-Pass?

In September 2023, BC Transit launched a new electronic fare system. Students now use the new electronic fare system, Umo, instead of their Camosun ID Card to access bus services. Visit the U-Pass with Umo page for more information.
